I called the service desk and described my wallet sure enough they had it. a kind shopper found it in parking lot and gave it to the customer service desk, I got there and was thrilled to get it back. My faith in humanity and the kindness was overwhelming thank you.

I called the store because I got a completely moldy Rana lasagna that made me sick when I opened the plastic. I called to let them know so they could make sure the others are checked and I asked about a refund. I was told I had to physically go to the store and there was no other way to get a refund. I had doubts because they had my account with my order on file and I said I could submit photos but the guy restated there was no other way. Fine. I go to the store immediately after the call, some other guy comes up to the counter and says the same thing and jokes that "maybe that's why it was on sale". Not funny dude! Also the sell by date was a month from today! He also insists there was no other way to get a refund and asks me to show him the order on the app. As I am scrolling I notice there is LITERALLY A REFUND BUTTON in the app. I showed him and he was surprised and said he had no idea. He had offered me less in a refund than the app did by the way. This interaction made me not want to shop here again! It is really frustrating because the fellow who gathered my order couldn't have seen the mold because of the packaging and he has only ever been excellent, but I wouldn't trust the customer service guys to even tell me where the exit is. Do better, please.

Greg was ill-tempered from the start and made no effort to be helpful when I asked for assistance locating certain items. His attitude came across as irritated and dismissive, as if helping customers was an inconvenience. I’ve always associated Albertsons back home and it has always been friendly with courteous service, so this encounter really stood out in a negative way. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but Greg’s behavior was unprofessional and left a lasting poor impression (so much so I am making this post now that my deliveries have been made and I’m home again) of the store’s customer service. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces better training or standards for interacting with customers… simply put be better .
