And as I read some other reviews, it became clear that you have a very big problem when it comes to her professionalism, attitude, and level of customer service. When I asked for help with something very simple, she was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience. She took her time getting to my request and I was there 15 minutes waiting. Then, after she did finally help me, she walked away without another word. This employee is harming the reputation of your store and shouldn't be in a management position. Nor any position at all, in my opinion.

I am sick and tired of seeing them act negatively around employees and customers, which doesn't look good for a company like this. Usually everyone around here is nice, I had done a few more reviews prior but generally I doubt customer support will do anything. Hopefully someone can see how those two act sometime soon.
