Self checkout, is always fun. I didn't get paid to check my own groceries and it didn't save me anything. Always out of Hazelnut creamer in the store brand Lucerne and French Vanilla on occasion. Might have to use them for convenience and shop at WinCo. It's a long walk to the back for disappointment and to leave empty handed repeatedly. Months now and no Hazelnut creamer there!

So I visited this store today, I was surprised by how rude the cashier was, I didn't actually have words with her I just went and found her manager and this is why I'm making this entry. The manager told me there's nothing he can do about how she acts. I got their names but I'm not going to give them because I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble because it's more about Albertsons than it is about anything else. Albertsons is overpriced, they are rude to their customers. There is a reason why Albertson is gone so far downhill they don't seem to understand that they're overpaid employees still have to be polite to customers. I was actually a manager at Albertsons for right around 5 years so I can say with some authority that anybody that acted the way this person acted would have been at least had a stern talking to. Kroger's been trying to buy them out I understand My hope is that they do maybe our son's will survive because with what they're doing right now doesn't work a lot of their stuff is garbage.

Worst Albertsons in Idaho Workers have attitude problems, shelves have expired stuff. Tried to get $60 cash back as the option on the checkout said I could and they would not do it 🤣 when I asked why when the option is given was basically told to shut up and use the ATM. Stick to Broadway or Market Street This one sucks

The deli was out of mashed potatoes biting lunch time and they had no orange chicken. The bbq chicken was so dry and lacked sauce.

This is the 5th Albertsons I have done a review on as the Boise area is where the Albertsons started here with one store and the rest is history. This is a family based chain of Albertsons spanning I believe around 8 different states. I was out in this area and was hungry and I stopped in to get a hot batch of their Idaho potato wedges which is always filling and very inexpensive. This store like so many of them that I visited are always clean and the staff are always ready to help with a smile 😃 on their faces.
