I love Albertsons, one day when I'm a millionaire I'm going to buy groceries there. Although they they are a little pricey that old saying comes in, you get what you pay for, in my opinion would be the best of the best quality over quantity one more thing their employees are top notc, friendly and eager to help this store is legend .

Was dog sitting for my daughter and saw some good coupons that I wanted to use. Albertsons was close so I went first thing in the morning. They weren't busy yet and they had everything I wanted! I was able to get in and out quick and got things at awesome prices!!!

Disappointed yet again. I wrote a review about the deli no longer ago and how it was ran (nick) (peter) I found out there names. All that just to find out my comment was deleted days after. Store owner your a disrespectful person who cares to much about company image. Today I ordered parmesan cheese off of door dash. Mold. Its happened before. I called the store to speak with Nikki (front register gal) who answered in a rude tone. Mind you I was calling cause I had a new dasher on the way and wanted to make sure I get a no moldy one. Nikki can't help me and rushed my call and hung up. Again it's happen before. I ordered a new one and got yet another moldy one. (Side note) I've seen this girl nikki go out to her car with another man and move it sometimes and do things I know your not on break for) The store operator should look into this really on how the night team runs things. You read these comments seeing only people praise this store but no one knows that the real comments get deleted and it shows the store isn't working to fix things. To complaints about the deli showing nasty parts to produce be left to rot and be purchased to a store operator (branding mills) treating his own employees like the trash he sees in us really shows the store is not for you. Don't shop here.

I was shopping the other day and overheard a conversation from an employee to a greeting card vendor. I later saw the employees name tag as the store director Brandon being completely and disgustingly rude to this lady. He said "I was hoping you were done talking so I could walk away, I'd rather be doing anything else than talking with you." In the moment I was in complete shock, but I should have said something. No one should be talked to that way. I don't care how high up in a company you are.

I feel very deeply let down by this albertsons maily in the deli, I've been doing my shopping here for more them 3+ years and aways stop in to the deli to grab some wedges but when I arrived I noticed a very long line mind you it was 3ish o'clock pm on a wensday which rarely occurs so I decided to wait in line hopping it would be quick. While waiting in line there seem to be only one person on the counter, I've seen lots of people come and go in this deli, a new person evey 2 weeks but this guy was definitely here for awhile as I come in alot, he was a short guy with glass who certainly could use a belt as he was flashing parts you shouldn't be seeing in a deli, he seem to have a attitude with everyone he helped wither it be a pound of wedges or couple chicken strips he just seemed like he didnt want to be there at all, im not to big on germs but this guy scratched his face a bit and head while still continued to serve food and help customers nor did he change his gloves at all. I also noticed he seemed to cut people off while they were talking which I thought was really rude, guy explained he want a classic dinner I believe and the guy straight up cut him off saying "im out of stuff okay" which definitely could of been worded better. As I continued to get closer a notice another guy in the back, tall slender fellow just standing over the fryer for minutes. This guy which I thought was going to help the growing long line comes to the front once someone im not sure who is but is definitely from the meat/seafood department pointail and glass and starts talking to him about WHAT THEIR DOING FOR THE WEEKND? I was almost fed up. Another 10 mins roll by and those two are still talking tell a gentleman behind me shouts to the talking workers "are you gonna help or just talk" I DROP MY MOUTH WIDE OPEN when the two that are talking say "will be with you as soon as we can sir" Just as I was about to be up next i notice the hot case was cleaned out and I was really upset I didnt get to have a snack before I do my shopping. It wasnt tell another fellow came in I hope he was the manager, dress all balck and wears sunglass on his hat came in and I won't say yelled at the workers but straight them out definitely, I knew hes been here definitely less then a year but he knows his stuff, im second in line and he comes to the front announces AN APOLOGY? Which was definitely a first I've ever seen done by anyone in that deli. Announced there will be a 20 min on fresh restock of the hot case, he helps who ever he can and even helped me by saying he'll get my jojos fresh if I could come back in less then 10 minutes, seeing that someone had the courage to try to make thing a bit right I took him up on it. By the time I came back he had them hot and ready for me and apologized to ME PERSONALLY and asked if there anything else he can do for me, I said no thanks and he wished me a good day. That is the way of a albertsons employee he sure made up for the lost time the tall one and the one with glass ever could. If there was a way I can get him recognized by his boss id gladly do so.
