As I approached the bakery department, an employee was standing near a cart with fresh goods. I told her I’d like one of the maple bars because my husband requested one. She said, “Oh, should I put happy birthday on it?”and then she promptly proceeded to do that! She was exceptionally sweet and kind and she made my day! I have found all of the employees at this store to be unfailingly kind, cheerful, and helpful.

We had placed a catering order well in advance for a celebration of life event an occasion where timeliness and professionalism truly matter. The order was scheduled to be ready between 3:30 PM, yet it was not completed until nearly 4:55 PM. When we attempted to check on the status, Kevin misrepresented the time remaining, giving inaccurate updates and showing no sense of urgency or accountability. Rather than offering a simple apology or solution, he repeatedly ignored us, rolled his eyes, and responded with an abrasive, dismissive attitude. This level of behavior is completely unprofessional and unbecoming of anyone in a management role. Kevin demonstrated a clear lack of leadership, customer care, and respect all qualities that should be non-negotiable for someone overseeing customer orders. If you have an important event or any time-sensitive gathering, I strongly recommend avoiding this location for catering. It’s evident that Kevin does not value customers or understand the basic standards of service expected from a manager.
