The contact was unsolicited and made her extremely uncomfortable. We left shaken and upset. This is not something anyone should experience while grocery shopping, especially from someone in a position of authority. I am also deeply concerned for the safety and well-being of store employees. On a previous visit, I personally observed this same manager touching an employee’s bra straps. Seeing this, combined with what happened during our most recent visit, raises serious concerns about boundaries and workplace conduct. I am posting this to document the incident and because Albertsons needs to be aware of how serious this is. I expect this location and corporate management to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure both customers and employees are safe.

The meat on the fish was hard in certain spots and a super dark red. I could only surmise that it had freezer burn. Also, there was brown discoloring on one part I did not notice when I asked for it and a very unpleasant smell. I will say they guarantee their stuff 100 percent and refunded me no questions asked which is why they get 2 instead of 1 star. Probably won't purchase seafood there again though.

I got food poisoning, spoke to the wonderful store director, Kristen, to be told she laughed as I left calling a meeting to tell staff I was lying. I tried to be nice. I addressed her out of concern. I asked for a refund of the product that made us ill after eating it, she she ignored my request. This director is seriously the worst ever! She admitted she knew the deli is not taken care of and agreed with me when I told her they do not turn their dood, nor do they date or. People do not wash their hands between customers. Ken who is now an assistant manager somewhere, heaven help you people… would literally put his hands in the greasy gloves, then touch the rotisserie chicken to pull off the rack without gloves or washing his hands. Buyer beware.
