I walked in about 30 minutes ago and the first thing I see is a lady with her dog walking through the produce section. There are several employees in that area, and none of them seemed to care. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said their policy is that animals aren't allowed in the store unless they are service animals. I said it was clearly not a service animal and asked why no one was enforcing the policy. She said she doesn't take complaints and that I needed to talk to the manager. I asked why she can't just kick my complaint up, and she said the managers don't listen to complaints via employees, only if they come directly from customers. 1.) They allow dogs in the store and no one cares. An unenforced policy is the same as no policy. 2.) Complaints made to front line employees are ignored, at least per one employee there.
