  i asked for a drink and they got it wrong 3 times after i asked them to correct it, the lead im guessing wouldn’t stop making faces and the third time the girl who gave me the order genuinely tossed the drink and walked away??? like omg horrible service genuinely so disappointing, mind you i go to dutch at least 2-3 times a week which isn’t a flex but just to preference that i’m a loyal dutch bros consumer

  Waited over 30 minutes for a drink here. Ive been to so many other locations and have never had this issue. Normally it wouldnt bother me but the employees werent apologetic.

  Took 20 mins to go through the line and the line wasn’t even long. I’m a regular here and it’s never been like this till now. It’s been like this for a week now.

  Staff is super friendly. It is one of their staff slower locations I have done a walk up before and I'd see three staff members doing drinks while there was a line around the building for the drive-thru and 68 staff members standing in the back just chit-chatting while the location is super busy.............so plan for a 15+ mins in the drive-thru.

  I’ve been going to this stand for years & it’s disappointing watching the customer service go down hill. I avoid this location as much as I can and have started going to a completely different coffee place because of my experiences every time. I usually don’t write reviews thinking what good does it really do but I’m hoping this one does. The employees make you feel like an inconvenience - I have to wait at the window without being addressed, talked to, or even looked at. Half the time I have to ask for a straw before they try to send me away. The attitude I’ve received for asking my rebel to be double blended is as if I’m making or breaking there day. It’s such an uncomfortable experience and in the last year it’s rare I leave this location feeling any type of way other than shameful for simply being a paying customer. There’s maybe two employees I can think of at this stand that don’t make me feel the way I just described - what’s even more disappointing is the two girls that have been here for years and seeing the way there passion for this company has turned into almost annoyance & hatred.
