  I ordered 2 12inch Pizzas tonight.. an hour and 35 minutes ago. I called and was told the delivery driver dropped it off. Well he didn't drop it off to me. I was told by the manager that they would get another order going and it would take about 35-40 minutes. Making it over 2 hours since I ordered. When I asked for them to make it right. Simply get my food and refund me for the inconvenience I was told that was not an option. So the random person they dropped the pizza off to gets it for free but I have to pay and wait over 2 hours. Thats actual brain rot. I know its Saturday night. But they did nothing to make it right. Dont order from here.

  I had a very long day working and in my tired state I believe messed up my own order. I legitimately got into the car looked at my pizza and cried lol. Chris, either the manager or supervisor helped me remake it even though it was a busy Friday night. They had plenty to do and deal with but I really apprciate them going above and beyond for an over worked over tired gal. Kudos to them and especially Chris. As someone who works in a kitchen as well, your customer service and problem solving is commendable!

  19 dollar minimum for delivery orders and I'm 1 mile away. Hope it was worth it for the extra 2 bucks that you won't get...

  I had a pretty large order today , consisting of 4 pizzas , 2 sides and soda . Website wasn’t working and neither was the app. I ordered over the phone only to find the coupon I was trying to use wasn’t even a coupon , continued to order with a different one . After ordering I realized that I wasn’t asked my name or my address . Called back and was very rudely told they already had it on file , which I attempted to double check. When my order was delivered, no knock but a phone call to which the driver Danielle was already in her vehicle again backing out . I called her back to tell her my soda was missing (2 liter) . She was clearly annoyed . She walked back in and I expressed I had a tip as well(and was unable to give to her because she never knocked ) . She folded it up and right into her pocket . No thank you or anything . She then preceded to walk away ignoring the issue . I had to restate I didn’t get what I had paid for , she read the receipt , rolled her eyes and said she’ll go get it and be back when she can . I’m not upset by the quality of the pizza , but I am appalled by the customer service I had received . And aside from customer service it is completely disrespectful to interact with people this way . Soda just arrived , and my door was banged on hard enough to scare my 1 year old. Do better choosing who faces your customers on a daily interaction because it ruins business.
