  The servers were unprofessional and rushing us, even thought there was no one else in line. One insisted he had already added lettuce to a bowl but hadn't. The food itself was also poorly prepped and cooked. For example, the fay wasn't trimmed off the chicken like normal. The fajita veges weren't cooked all the way

  We don’t really understand what’s going on with this place, quality is going down while prices are rising. You raised the prices of chips and gauc but now the gauc doesn’t taste the same. Which I’m sure that’s due to a prepping issue. Soda is very expensive but I like to indulge once in a while. Had my husband get me a sprite. And guess what it was all carbonated water. The soda line was out. Which I understand and these mistakes happen but it was several things in one visit. Do not plan on returning.

  Every time I come to this location I get to watch them load other customers bowls etc while they skimp me out on mine EVERY single time. They were running out of steak and decided to just give me the few scrap pieces left. I will not be coming to this location anymore. It’s ridiculous I pay 30 bucks just for half of what I should be getting. Do better.

  Best location in the area! I come here every week and the food and employees are always amazing! The manager and the employees are so nice!! It’s also always very clean! I have tons of food allergies and it’s the only place I can eat out at that doesn’t give me a bad reaction! I highly recommend this location

  This is by far the best chipotle in Boise. I look forward to coming here, chatting with the friendly staff and getting well made (not cold) tacos! Great job ya'll!
