I try to explain to him that this is the 3rd time they mess up my online order for pickup. I also told Jacob that I never had an issue with my online orders for curbside pickup at the Albertsons in California. He immediately told me with a rude voice, “This is not California”. It seemed like he didn’t wanted to listen to a customer at all. I can’t believe this Albertsons store has a rude manager who is not professional at all and talks like that to a customer who spends hundreds of dollars at this store. I hope the Owner, General Manager or Corporate sees my review. This is not acceptable. This young manager has no respect and is so rude. Do they just hire anyone from the street to be a manager? Jacob needs to go. He was very offensive.
