  Waited in line for 10 minutes with two customers in front of me. After they were helped, & when it was my turn to order, I was told to use the self serve kiosk. That they were too busy to take my order. I’m old and believe in customer service and said I don’t use those. But she was willing to give me a two hour tutorial on how to use the kiosk instead of politely taking my order. After I asked if the kiosk takes currency? She said reluctantly no, & she’d now take my order. That’s when I said nevermind. I won’t be ordering anything now. And left. This establishment proves customer service is a thing of the past.

  Your employees especially your operations manager should know that when a customer says thank you that they should at least reply with a you’re welcome and not just ignore them entirely terrible customer service

  Waited 15 mins on one egg mcmuffin meal and it was slow my egg McMuffin came with no egg I told them about it they said sorry didn't offer to replace it nor refund my money and laughed as they walked off! Worst service ever

  Waited over 10 minutes, no food, and there were still a lot of people. Ahead of me. I couldn't even get a refund because no one works. The front anymore. So they got me for $13. And some change.

  To the employee who made my 2 cheeseburgers with no bun but took the extra time to put the toppings and melt the cheese so its not messy! thank you! I ordered them today 01/14/26 at 5pm.
