  The fact you all started using Uber to deliver. You’re charging me MORE money to wait LONGER for my delivery? That’s crazy. I liked Jimmy John’s when I could tip my drivers in cash for the speed in which I received my order. Now you take the tip money to charge more fees to make me wait AN HOUR.

  I ordered 3 sandwiches only got 2 tried calling them 3 times on the last time they hung up on me unprofessional and need to learn how to do there job better 🤦‍♂️

  We ordered 2 sandwiches for a second time this summer and had to cancel after waiting a full hour. Both were bad experiences. 2 strikes her out.
