- KGKaden Godfrey2 days ago2.0Food is pretty great. However the service has never been good and the employees aren’t the nicest nor are they organized. Takes 30 minutes (no exaggeration) to get my food each time I’ve gone. Drive thru included.

She didn't say it, but you could see it. And she was handling it very well. Customers were getting a little uptight. We did have to wait over half hour for our food made us late for an appointment. I was not upset with her after I seen how hard she was working The owners really need to look at getting more help. If you want your business to succeed, i would hate to see Dairy Queen close 1 day, but it needs to get better about how quick your order is taken care of it's fast food. It should be quicker than half hour It's not the employee's fault.
