  The night crew is the worst. Can the day crew manager just work all day. Thank for missing most of our order dinks all the wrong sizes and the burnt kids meal and my refund is 7 to 10 buisness days.

  Accidentally pushed the button at the window before we knew what we wanted, apologized and explained the situation and then told the lady what we wanted, by the time we got to my boyfriend he ordering he said “surprise me” for the drink order and the girl snapped back with a very quick “im not allowed to do that” and so he asked for the flavor options and her response was an audible long huff and she proceeded to read off the flavors faster than i could even understand. When the long, brunette, braided haired girl walked out she basically tossed our drinks to my boyfriend and was already to the curb before I could ask who took the order. She barely turned around to respond and inform me it was in fact her. She was gone before i could ask her name. Terrible service, we didn’t show up 2 minutes before closing, we weren’t disrespectful, this was uncalled for and rude.

  I went to sonic the other day and just ordered one smash burger for my wife with no cheese or pickles, and an ocean water for myself. Upon ordering I noticed the price was pretty high but just chalked it up to everything is going up right now, not only was I charged for two smash burgers. Both of them had cheese and pickles. It’s kind of ridiculous there was only 2 people in stalls. On top of that the actual parties themselves were cold and dry. It’s been under the same management and I think that needs to change I keep going back expecting what I order and am dissatisfied and disappointed every time.
