Prices are significantly higher than ordering online or through the app. Unfortunately their online ordering system was down and the app wasn’t working either so I came into the store and it cost allot more than the online prices. I wasn’t expecting it, but they made it right and gave us another pizza. Good customer service.

These guy's don't honor their coupons and if you call to order, since their online app doesn't work, you won't get the same deal while offering to provide screenshots or proof in person that we cannot order online well withint the hour prior to closing. (While on the phone with the associate I kept trying to place the online order. Hence the 11:19 timestamp). Because they held the food hostage and I wasn't playing their game of explaining myself, we left without food for the person it was intended to be gifted to. Here is your explanation Ashley. Marco's Pizza was closed otherwise we would have gone to them they're always our top choice in East Idaho for pizza. Don't waste your time and pick a different place to order from.
