- DADarla ArnoldSep 11, 20251.0I placed an order for a birthday cake for my son when we arrived they couldn’t do the cake we ordered by phone. So instead of a call they said pick out another. We wanted a certain flavor that’s why we ordered earlier there where 10 others cakes there but smaller the only one they had with the flavor was a pumpkin one, so we had them write on that. We got to the car and looked at the cake and writing it was awful. We went to the other Dairy Queen to see if the could fix it and lucky the fixed the writing we took it home and put extra stuff to make it look better thank 17th. I called the manager Jenny to say how unhappy I was about the cake, she gave me nothing but excuses instead of trying to fix that I was dissatisfied in my order. Her answer to me was we were very busy wrong answer. Very bad customer service here are the pictures to show why someone would be upset.
