- AAACMar 11, 20263.0When going througj the drive theough its a 2 lane drive thru with people standing outside taking orders which we were in line for 15 minutes waiting for our order to be taken while the other line had 10 cars go through that had pulled up way after us. Chicken only covered half the bun. Gluten free bun was dry and fell apart. Spicy crispy chicken sandwich was also very small and was soggy. Large drink had wasnt even filled half way of liquid it was completely full of ice.

When we got our order we realized an item was missing, and while they were fixing it the employee at the window, Daxon, asked how our evening was going. We shared a little about what was going on with our baby, and he was incredibly kind and compassionate. He offered us some cookies and wished our family well. It may seem like a small gesture, but in a really hard moment it meant a lot to us. We’re so grateful for people like Daxon who take the time to care. Thank you for the kindness tonight — it truly made our evening a little brighter.
