When you think of food like this, you probably think that it's going to be full of seasoning and overall flavorful, right? Wrong! The food was bland, the chicken in my Tikka Masala was super dry, and the whole dish lacked flavor. My kid ordered chicken chow mein and the picture they have online vs what you really get, is disappointing to say the least. The chicken felt reheated and definitely didn't taste fresh. The shrimp they give you for the chow mein is laughable due to their size. Only positives were the naan bread, and the potato appetizers. I really cant say I was glad to try it, since I was served extremely bland and definitely not fresh food for almost $100. Sure eating out is expensive, but I truly think this restaurant is overhyped due to the demographic in that area, that doesn't know any better when it comes to Nepalese food. You're better off going to either Istanbul or MinGaLaBar Burmese Kitchen. They actually season their food and it's also fresh. Also I see the extremely rude replies from the cook/owner. You need to learn how to take constructive criticism.

My husband and I wanted to come here for quite some time, and finally went. The naan bread is amazing, their potstickers & samosas are also great. But the Chow Mein I ordered was incredibly disappointing, and I wanted to like this place. I really did. The shrimp Chow Mein had the tiniest group of 4 shrimp I'd ever seen, and it was made with spaghetti noodles that were beyond al dente, it was chewy and undercooked. And the sauce was just spicy, there was no depth or flavor, just hot. My child got chicken Chow Mein and her chicken was incredibly dry, as well as the chicken for my husband's Tikka masala. The food was truly disappointing overall.

I'm sitting here currently waiting for the check. Service was nonexistent for me but the other patrons got the red carpet. I really wanted to give a good review but I've been sitting for a long while now. I was never asked how my food is, as the other two tables were. My things were simply laid down. It's odd to sit and observe others being treated as valuable patrons as you are neglected. Knew table was loud and using foul language but they were...different. You all know that I normally leave good reviews. I cannot do it. The vegetable samosas and the chicken biryan are excellent. If you aren't the preferred patrons, order takeout! Sad.

I want to premise that I work long hours and when I do eat out, I tend to order take out vs eating in restaurant. I first discovered this place during COVID lock down. They were one of the places in the area that offered take out. Six years now I have gotten take out and have yet to be disappointed! You walk into the quaint restaurant and the smell and atmosphere take you in. The folks working are always a pleasure to interact with. They triple check your order before giving it to you, and leaving a place with your take out order in confidence it's all correct is a great feeling. Food is always hot, packaged nicely, and easy to transport without worry of spills. The flavor is unbelievable, and that's an understatement. The spices and quality ingredients they use make the meal taste homemade, and you can tell they really care about what they serve. I'm hoping to eat in during their lunch buffet soon so I can try more than my usual, but for now, I truly hope I can get my usual for many years to come!
