After I noticed no employees were to be found except for one guy back in the kitchen I said hello to get their attention. The lady who walked up to the counter and said ya, what do you need? was very rude. I said I ordered food and she said ya! I know! , then bagged the food and looked very angry. No thank you or anything. I've been coming to this location for years and used to be a loyal customer but stopped coming here after I was treated with similar service the last time I was here. It appears there's been a staff change over the last year, as the old staff was always smiling and very polite. Can't say the same for the new staff. I think I finally learned my lesson this time though. I thought I would give them one more chance, but after today I will continue to take my business elsewhere. Also the hash browns have tasted like old fryer grease the last couple times I have been to this location. Pretty gross.
