  Can't speak to the food but walked up at 10 after 10:00 and apparently only the drive-thru is open after that so it would be nice if those hours are published online too.

  Coming home from the quad cities, stopped for supper through the drive through. Ordered a $5 value meal, quarter pounder and mcdouble and mcchicken. No nuggets for the $5 meal, all the buns were hard and the quarter pounder was fridge cold. 1 thing fine i don’t expect a lot from McDonalds but worse $25 I’ve spent in a long long time.

  Manager was extremely rude when they missed my fries and I pointed it out. She would not add the fries to my order and yelled out the drive thru window at me that I must have ordered wrong She ended up cancelling my whole order and walked away from the window. I felt sorry for the worker that she left there

  First, their bathrooms were gross… pee on the floor, garbage. Used kiosk to order but still if you need anything they are never at the register.. Only ordered a Sausage, Egg, and cheese biscuit… took about 15 mins and they didn’t even put cheese on the biscuit… one staff member that I talked to was nice though

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would, it was my first time there and already the experience was odd. My brother & I ordered our food through a kiosk, and it was busy and I completely understand, I used to work in fast food and I understand the frustration of trying to do so many things at once, I wasn’t upset about waiting for the food or any sorts of that. There was already a customer ahead of me upset, and so many people crowded in the front counter. After the lady had called out our order I waited there for a while, and sooner or later an employee came to help me and from the jump had a negative attitude, I politely asked her for 2 ranch, I had already felt bad for sitting there knowing she was busy, she asked me multiple times did I already order and how many ranches did I already receive, I told her repeatedly this was my first time ordering and I hadn’t received any ranches why is to why I was asking for 2 lol. She stares at me and says I have to talk to my boss, which I thought was odd because it’s just ranch? Minutes later her boss also has an attitude, which I’m sympathetic for because fast food is so stressful. She then goes onto tell me that there system is down, and it’ll take a while for her to charge me for 2 ranch? I was shocked, I’ve never been charged for any sauce? I repeated to her, I have to pay for it? I thought it was ridiculous and she told me this with passive aggressiveness. The mcdoubles were a bit old but the food was overall fine. I’m just appalled that a probably a billion dollar corporation charges me for condiments, knowing I know they’ll be okay if they don’t receive my 75 cents. Every other mcdonald’s has never charged me for condiments so it was shocking to say the least. Not the best place. I came here on the 21st of December during 12pm time.
