  Ordered a pizza at noon. Kept an eye on the "track your order" feature on the confirmation email. "Track your order" was never updated so I believed our order had not even been made. Then at 2pm I get a call asking why we haven't picked up our pizza yet. I told the person on the phone that we had not been notified that our order was completed. He said "you should know when you place an order that it's done in 25 to 30 minutes." I informed him that this was our first time ordering from them and I did not have any way of knowing that. They refused to refund our money or make a new pizza. Avoid this place and it's crooked owners at all costs.

  Service is great. Love those guys. But it’s Papa John’s and WL has a Casey’s and a Paul Revere’s.
