- LBLeah Bernard2 days ago1.0I cannot believe the disrespect and lack of decorum my friends and I just experienced at this Taco Bell. We frequent this Taco Bell often and have never experienced something like this. We drove up to the drive through, and asked the AI drive through robot to order 4 Baja blasts. A rude employee came over the intercom and said we had to come inside to get that many drinks. We were confused, and asked if we could order our food before coming in to get the drinks. She very rudely said “why wouldn’t you do it in one order” as if there was no possible way to order the drinks at the window. We are now leaving to McDonald’s across the street. I hope this girl gets fired and learns from her mistakes.

Now you think you can charge astronomical prices for the same crap product with no flare nor addition in any way. You have to improve something it can’t just be a price increase for the sake of it! You are disgusting and losing business!
- EEEolo5 days ago1.0I'm sitting here at the 22nd St Taco Bell after lunch, and the inside floor is filthy. The chairs are a mess, and the area where the employees work hasn't been cleaned all day. It’s a mess. The employees are talking and messing around. They need to clean the store.

There’s a mound of chips. 3 tiny spots of meat hardly any sour cream or cheese. All the chips underneath are bare and there’s not enough toppings to use with the remaining chips. This is what we should be expecting now I guess.
