- BWBe Polish-American womanMar 14, 20261.0Ordered online and when I turned direction from their page which doesn’t show the exact number it took me to the middle of nowhere. I passed them by I thought maybe there is another location. Ordered breakfast family fest and beside chicken avocado ,egg sandwich other sandwiches were joke . It just reminded me that Panera is a chain restaurant so nothing good to expect. There is a small place starting with B name not far from them you might be better off ordering from them

- RRRyqFeb 11, 20264.0It is exactly what you would expect from a Panera Bread these days. The food is good, hot and fresh. There are not enough staff. They try and remedy this, by having a place orders online, or on their kiosks. For those of us who are not fans of this method, it is lacking.

Apparently it was pushed to rapid pick up, which I didn’t even know existed because I have never been there. When I clicked on order drive-through, I assumed it would be through the drive-through. After handing me my food, they made me go in just to make my own hot tea after being very rude and condescending at the drive-through. I then go to start eating my food and my soup has leaked everywhere because they didn’t even put the lid on all the way.
