I will say a couple of things, i get that places get busy and that lunch time is probably one of the worst times to order, i understand that (i worked at quiktrip for a while i understand rushes). But waiting an hour+ to get a delivery from a store that is DOWN THE STREET from my job is really upsetting... I dont have my car so while it might be a 5 min drive from the store to my work its still a long walk and I only have so much time for my break. If i walked there i would have to wait for my sandwich walk back to work and then i would have to clock back in and then find little moments to eat my food. Hence why i thought delivery would just be easy and i could eat it when i went on break (i ordered it basically 30 mins before i went on break...), but nope. There was one time a couple of months ago I ordered delivery from this store and waited over an HOUR AND A HALF for a freaking sandwich. I wanted to try again because it was fish sticks for lunch at my work today and i hate fish:( but now i am hangry and i want my food:((((((((((((

maybe i got a little harsh but come on. I have NEVER ordered successfully from this location. they always forget something, and take over forty five minutes when I'm up the street. specifically this time i'm sick and didn't want to get out of bed. I have very specific directions on how to get to my door, and when i asked if they found it they said "i left it at the entry sorry if that's inconvenient i have three other orders" like that's a shocking thing to say. and the irony of "i don't see how that's relevant" to me not wanting to leave bed... when what is relevant about your three other orders? the talking back??? like yikes yikes yikes stop teaching kids that this is a normal way to treat your job that you're being paid to do. this is fireable on so many levels

Ordered two subs, both with no mayo, both subs had mayo anyways. Some people are allergic to the oil used in the mayo, rendering both subs inedible.

Came in with literal minutes to closing after a long trip cross country and they came in clutch with great food and customer service. Thank you!!! 🙏
