  Ordered from this store many times over the years. Always online order for pickup. I work about 5 minutes away and the food is almost always ready and waiting, or being worked on when I walk in. Never had any problems, staff always friendly.

  Foods always fresh teams always super nice and best delivery Driver in the city. it does take a while bit it's usually because they have 1 driver basically so I order with that in mind knowing that freaky fast may not be in the cards but I understand how hard it is to find good help.

  The Positive reviews have me stumped. Are people getting paid to post positive reviews? Because this store sucks 100% of the time. I have yet to have a good experience here. And yet I'm dumb and ordered again. I ordered at 12:57pm. Waited 40 minutes and checked the tracking and it says delivered, but there is no food. I call the store and the guy says "Its a glitch", which is cool since I was told that last time too! Good job correcting things JJ's! And then was told that the delivery guy was on his way back from a large order, and would come get mine soon to be delivered. Not even joking, it has been an hour. No clue how long my food has been sitting waiting to be picked up and delivered (I live 1.2 miles away), and no way to track the order. The whole "Freak Fast" concept that JJ's was branded with is incorrect for this location and needs to be updated to "Super Slow, hope you don't get sick from food sitting out". Its ridiculous. You can complain but no one there cares. They are all independently owned stores, and this one clearly has an owner who doesn't care about customer reviews, or poor service. Its crazy. Can't comment on food quality since its been over an hour now, but I assume it will be nice room temp meat... can't wait to see what bathroom joys that will bring later. **UPDATED*** Waited 1.5 hours before calling to cancel my order. I had called again, and the guy told me that the delivery guy left with my order a few moments ago and I was first on the list, so I waited an additional 25 minutes (I am a 5 minute drive from the store) and the guy never showed up. So I called and asked to cancel and give me a refund. I doubt they will refund the order at this point... And as always, the generic response from "Jimmy John's" to this post will result in nothing.

  Not open on time. Google says they are open at 10:30. It’s now 10:38 and the doors are still locked.
