  It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for us to get two pizza they took longer for my pasta and the ended up forgetting our cheese bread our server was very inattentive and forgot some of our order until we reminded him.

  “We had an amazing experience! Everything was incredible from start to finish. We came to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn’t have been better. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and Amanda took exceptional care of us—she was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!”

  Deep dish was better then I expected. The garlic cheese sticks were super cheesy. So yummy. Enjoyed it all

  Food was great! Haze was our waitress and did an excellent job. She was not only the only server on duty but also was hosting over the lunch hour. She was attentive, efficient and nice. Will come again!

  First time customer. I ordered a 16” thin crust pizza online at 4:30 yesterday evening for a 6:00 pickup. My pizza was ready when I got there, which was good. Drove home (approx 15 mins), and when I opened the pizza box, it was immediately obvious that my pizza had been made much earlier, probably when I first ordered it, and had been left to sit for quite awhile. The pizza had no warmth to it at all, and the cheese was hard and congealed. I reheated a couple of slices in a lidded skillet, and while the toppings did get hot, the cheese never melted at all…just stayed tough and congealed. The pizza itself tasted quite a lot like a grocery store frozen pizza. The crust had no flavor at all, the mushrooms looked and tasted like canned, and the sausage was dry and tough. This pizza was over $40 with tax and tip. I will not order from Giordano’s again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
