Instead of being greeted with the usual friendliness I’ve come to expect, I was met with dismissal, as if serving me was an inconvenience. I serve locally, so I asked about the location’s service discount. The response I received was, “Do you really want it?” That comment alone made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary. I had ordered both a smoothie and a sandwich, but once the smoothie was handed over, I was abruptly told, “Go have a nice day,” with no acknowledgment of the rest of my order. Overall, it felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope this location provides better training on customer service and how to treat those who support and serve in the community.

The mango smoothies we had were so good. Staff was wonderful, place was really clean and bright. We can't wait to visit again on our next shopping spree. Great location!
