My group had a couple of problems that happened but he was on top of it and always got it done correctly. If you ever get him just know that he will do great for your group and was a REALLY GOOD waiter overall! Food was also really good and amazing! 10/10 would recommend and if you ever get Christian as your waiter just know your time there is going to be amazing!

We arrived around 9 PM on Saturday. My friend checked in first and booked one hour so we could decide later how long to stay once everyone arrived — something we’ve done many times before without any issue. The bay next to us still had guests in it, so we simply asked if we could rent that bay after those guests left, and of course pay for it. The staff shut that down immediately with no real explanation. We had already ordered a bucket of beer. When everyone arrived, we still had about 45 minutes left. We tried to order more drinks, and the server refused because “there’s only 45 minutes left.” Then we said we wanted to extend another hour, and she told us we weren’t allowed to extend at all because they were “very popular” that night. That response made zero sense — we were literally trying to spend more money, and they made it seem like that was an inconvenience. At that point we decided to just leave and go somewhere else. And when we asked for the bill, the server showed up with a security guard standing behind us while we paid. Completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly insulting. We weren’t rude, we weren’t causing trouble — we were simply confused by how poorly we were being treated. And here’s the kicker: when we walked out, multiple bays around us were completely empty. No guests waiting, no one checking in, nothing. So why exactly were we denied an extension or the option to take a bay once it opened? It felt like they simply didn’t want us there, and we still have no idea why. We’ve spent plenty of money here over many visits, and we’ve never experienced anything like this anywhere else. The entire situation was disrespectful, unnecessary, and extremely disappointing. After last night, we’ll seriously reconsider coming back to this location.

David & Sophie went above and beyond to make our first time here amazing!
