  They refused to make my order over churros they didnt have, so I canceled and reordered without, then refused the 2nd time because there was a grill item. So what? Its 1 yall dont close til 4. This the same taco bell that refuses every night.

  Went in to order and we got 7 items with no one else at this place and it still took 20 minutes for our order. Food was soggy barely wrapped properly and just tasted worse then usual. Never eat here take the 5 minutes to find a new taco bell as this one will surely waste your time and money and this place looks unkempt employees are rude too

  I’ve never in my life been apart of something so horrible. I went inside to order food, it took 1 hour to get 3 items. My buddy who was waiting outside in his truck, after 20 minutes of waiting for me, went through the drive through and ordered 6 tacos, got them and ate them before I ever got my food. The store was so Smokey and choking people out waiting for food that we had to prop a door open, there were at least 10 to 15 drive through orders that got their food before me. There was a gentleman in front of me who got his food and coupons for waiting so long, once I received my food and asked for the same coupons (after waiting over an hour) I was met with attitude by the employees saying “ya, it’ll be a little bit”. I’ve honestly never been apart of something so dis functional.

  I always usually drive to this location. They always get something wrong. This time I ordered a Crispy Chicken Deluxe Combo on DoorDash. I know it’s this location because of the map. Anyways, I replaced the drink for a bottled water. When my dasher arrived with my food I asked about my drink they said that the workers told them they couldn’t give them my drink. Since when? On top of that in my Crispy Chicken Deluxe Combo you’d think it would come with chicken nuggets. But no this location seems to only want to do what they want to do. No consistency what so ever. The nacho sauce had a sand/gritty texture. Never coming here/or ordering on DoorDash again.

  Ordered at Kiosk and it stopped when asked how I wanted my receipt I stated text when entered my phone number it said problem processing see team member so I did she stated my order did not go thru so she took it at the counter next thing I know I have 2 exact same orders checked my account and it showed processed twice MOD stated she was a traveling manager and could not issue a refund and I just need to make a dispute with my bank. Then the taco loco supreme were falling apart not crunchy at all. Overall very disappointed in my visit. The banks are closed tomorrow for presidents day so of course I can't contact them till Tuesday and if she travels how can I make a dispute with nobody able to verify what happened.
