  We had the worst fast food experience there tonight when we attempted to place an order tonight at the drive through and as we were asking for a second meal to the AI, the woman working cut us off and said they were understaffed (that part I have sympathy for) and said we could not order more than $20 worth of food because of this. I understand saying there’d be a delay. I understand being overwhelmed as a worker. I understand her frustration with being understaffed. But how it was handled was extremely unprofessional and rude. I don’t know that I’ve ever left such a bad review before but it was just such a bizarre experience. We were only going to order a total of 3 meals which would’ve been maybe $30. But we ended up driving off instead because of how this was handled.

  If I can rate this a 0 I will I came in today which is 1/1/2026 and the manager is vary disrespectful had me waiting for 40 minutes for my food and they didn’t even give it to me hot will never come back

  Went to drive thru and the Ai didn't comprehend what we're saying. Took 5 mins before someone showed up to take order. After we got our order we noticed we were missing a whole meal. Walked into the lobby and proceeded to wait 50 mins before anyone walked up to the counter! The general manager showed up and there was zero empathy or nor an explanation why we waited so long. Ten people walked up to the counter asking for refunds. We've had mix ups before but this was the last time we're visiting this location.

  They’ve updated to an automated drive through ordering system which is alright but if you aren’t paying attention you’ll get charged for stuff you didn’t order. We ordered 3 different combo meals and all the food was thrown into one bag. And it all looked exactly the same. Soggy and skimpy. Mostly beans and nothing else.
