Apparently it was pushed to rapid pick up, which I didn’t even know existed because I have never been there. When I clicked on order drive-through, I assumed it would be through the drive-through. After handing me my food, they made me go in just to make my own hot tea after being very rude and condescending at the drive-through. I then go to start eating my food and my soup has leaked everywhere because they didn’t even put the lid on all the way.
