Pickup time came and went, order board showed the sandwich 8min overdue. Not from initial order time, from scheduled pickup time. They were not that busy. No reason someone should have to wait that long.

Whether early in the day or late at night, they do not have the bread bowl. But rather than contacting me to ask for changes, all they do is stick a baguette in there and hand me the order without the bowl. At the drive thru too!! When I’m right there! NEVER go to this Panera, they literally could not care less about their jobs or customers. I can’t even eat your stupid baguettes because they’re hard as rocks. I will never visit the establishment again.
