I usually stop here Sunday mornings before work because I work too early to make breakfast. This is the filthiest fast food establishment I've ever seen. 7 am every table is dirty from the night before. The well by the pop is always disgusting full of ketchup and fermented pop from the night before. They was an ant infestation under the table I sat at in the middle of winter! Do you know how disgustingly filthy a place has to be to support ants in the middle of winter? Meanwhile everyone in the back laughing and having a great time. Manager completely indifferent. Don't risk your health here.

Please note that this review pertains to this specific McDonald’s location only. Upon arrival, we were directed to order exclusively through the kiosks. Unfortunately, the process was confusing—not just for us, but for several other guests as well. I observed a couple nearby who were also struggling to place their order.
After we submitted our order, it was prepared incorrectly multiple times, affecting more than one item. What was intended to be a quick stop during our travels ended up taking much longer than necessary.

I love the one who takes my orders she is always on it...however what I did not like was the manager getting an attitude with me because one of the employees gave me the wrong order

Ordered using my app to go through the drive through. Said our number through the speaker. Couldn't understand the guy speaking to us. Got to the 1st window, she asked if we were Justin...no. We said the number, no receipt, she just said to go to the next window. At the next window the guy handed us a bag with 1 sandwich & hash brown. Not our order. After trying to tell the guy what our order was again, the manager came over & said, "can I help you?" I didn't know they were getting a mgr & she had no idea what was wrong. I pulled up my order to show her. She seemed capable & made us feel like we would get our food. But we had to pull ahead. They brought our order out. Missing the hashbrown. Went back in to show that we had a meal in our order & there was no hashbrown. Of course I couldn't get the mgr's attention, & I saw the person at the fry station start walking toward me.....she walked by of course. The manager then put a hb in a bag & gave it to me. No apology ever. Hey we were just trying to get some food before a road trip, McDonald's got it wrong, not us. My iced coffee had a sticker with the exact recipe I ordered, my husband's pop had no visible ice & was flat, probably due to the ice melting. The sandwiches were exactly what we expected & we enjoyed them. The crappy service, not so much.
