Must be consistently short staffed because it takes over an hour for them to even start making our food. Then they use another service to deliver our food. I gave feedback to Jimmy Johns and they just suggested I reach out to the store directly, but it looks like another person who reviewed went that route and got nothing back. Some serious work needs done with this store. Crazy they are ok with this standard. VERY disappointing.
