  Do not go to this location. What a joke. I wrote "no ice please". Driver filled it so full there's only 1/2 of actual drink when I emptied the ice. They also are starting to use Uber Eats to deliver. Expect 1+ hrs to wait for your order. For prices going up to almost $20 a meal for delivery this shouldn't be this bad. JJ, don't comment "contact our customer service department". That changes nothing. I'm surprised how awful this location is.

  The sun is setting, the drive is short and you want a sandwich that is easy to navigate as you complete your end of the day activities then stop in at Jimmy John’s on 8th in West Des Moines. The staff have the professional looks, clean environment and are customer forward to prepare your sandwich with attention to detail. The toasted Chicken Ranch Sandwich is totally delicious. Grab it and go!

  Delivery is a joke. Your food is ordered. They don’t have any drivers. They are now depending on Uber Eats for delivery. But, Uber Eats may not show up. Could be right away or it could be 1-2 hours to wait and nobody notifies you. Or you might not get it at all. Delivery is pointless.

  They gave me cold food. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me they food will be untoasted, never back again I’m so sad that after work I suppose to eat a cold food
