Usually has everything you need, sometimes things you can't find at other markets! Also has a great bulk nut section. Decent prices, excellent sales and you don't need to be part of a club to get them.

Every time I go in the people who work there are always so helpful and answer all my questions about supplements and vitamins. I went in tonight and want to thank the man who helped me at the register. I dont know his name but I want to thank him again because he went above and beyond. I forgot my card at the cash register and even though it’s only 18° out tonight, he chased me across the parking lot almost to the main road to give me my card back. Thank you!!

My rating is based upon the recent circumstance not overall experience, while I do like this store I just came home to finding out that my goat milk is expired. Yes, I should've checked it before buying it but I didn't.
I called to tell them and talked to the dairy lady and she checked to see if the others were expired and she said "yes they are expired." Then she went to see if there were any that were not and she could not find any and that I would have to come another day to get some good goat milk.
Then I waited in silence seeing if she would recompense me for what I bought and finally asked her if there was anything else she wanted to tell me, she said "Nope"
And I told her , "No worries, I'll be getting my goat milk elsewhere, thanks." 🙏🏼

They have a few things that you can't get elsewhere which is nice. However they are rather expensive on a number of items that you can get at other stores for much less. Also a lot of the foods that they carry that are supposed to be so much healthier are really just marketing ploys. When you look at what's in them, they are super high in sodium or other things that you may not want.
On the plus side they do have sales often on a few items that we purchase regularly, but that's more up to the manufacturer anyway. I guess like any store, they have some items that they have which are priced lower than other local stores, but then they have a lot of overpriced items as well.
One complaint I do have is that when you walk in you are ASSAULTED by cinnamon smells when you walk in the main entry during the holiday season. Once October begins, I avoid this store unless there's something I really really need from there.
