I told the lady twice because she asked me twice, the language barrier is insane at this location. In a rush and hurry it makes it even worse. Twice the broken English speaker asked and twice she got it wrong. No mms. I want my money back

Lady inside just looked at me, I mouthed to her I had an order to pick up, she shrugged her shoulders. I called their number, she wouldn’t answer. Had to leave or I would be late for work. Never received my order, and they still charged my credit card. Have tried filing a case, no one will get back to me. Will never give them my business again. Manager contacted me to offer me a free meal in the store only when a manager is there, won’t answer any more emails or calls. Trash business
