Everytime I order the same thing 7 creams, 7 butter pecan pumps, 3 sugars and cold foam on top and everytime it tastes different!! It's getting frustrating tonight my husband and I went in and we returned the coffees and asked them to add more butter pecan on a large iced coffee and the one girl with black hair told the other kid there to add just one pump but it was still bitter?? No point in going back and getting it remade if they're just gonna keep making it wrong. My husband and I agreed to make this review because the attitude they met us with was uncalled for. They acted like we were bothering them? Like? Sorry you made my coffee wrong I just wanted it made correctly cause it's what I paid for. This was around 5:20pm when this happened but Im just very disappointed. I love dunkin and I drive a whole 30mins+ from my house just for this my husband and I thought we were getting a sweet treat but I guess not.
