He admitted that he accidentally left part of my order — the soda — in the car. He said he’d be right back up with it… instead, he drove off. I immediately called the store (Domino’s #1722), and the first person who answered asked if I wanted to “add it as credit.” I said absolutely not — I ordered a soda and I want what I paid for. What am I supposed to drink, water? Then another person got on the phone, and I explained again that I paid for the soda and never received it. The lack of accountability and professionalism was unbelievable. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed Domino’s locations I’ve ever dealt with. I don't appreciate being lied to and being called a liar , when I asked for his name ,he refused to give it. My service and my friends and family will be going elsewhere.
