The second time I decided to order a breakfast sandwich of chicken and hot sauce or honey and it was terrible. It was mushy, plain, and inedible. I called the manager that day and he said he would credit my card. Did not happen. Today, I tried a frozen drink again and asked for extra malt which I was charged for the extra. It did not have extra malt in it. I will not try again and will go across to Scooters!

This place in particular has a pleasing ambiance and atmosphere that almost has a luxury lodge feel to it. Additionally my drink (lavender matcha) was one of the best matches I have ever had. Truly cannot recommend Caribou enough and will be coming back!
