Worst service - wait forever just to place an order, order is wrong, get half our order and by the time the 2nd half comes the others food is cold or they’ve ate it already- waitress comes back once to check on us- we had asked for bbq and get it after we’re already done - she flies by and sets it off n the table as im asking for the check she walks away- we wait another 20 min and end up having to ask another waitress for our check…

The service was absolutely awful. We Were the only table Logan had. I asked for my son’s food, fried pickles, and a sample of a sauce to come out first. 25 minutes later, nothing. I ask about my sauce, my wife and I order, 20 minutes later everything comes out at once. When we were given the food, I advised that I did not receive my ranch, or celery or carrots. They proceeded to come back with 7 cups of ranch. That’s just petty for no reason. Over $100 for this place for three people is insane. Would not recommend. Awful wait times, and you kinda feel like you’re not supposed to be there.

Just walked out after waiting for 10 minutes and no one coming to the host stand. 5:55 PM on Thursday. The man hosting the takeout was there the entire time and didn’t call anyone. Watched 7 employees walk by without stopping. One glanced and said he’d get someone right away, but no one came. We left.

I cannot stress enough how I will never go back to this store. I ordered a dozen wings, half of one flavor, half of another. It was a pickup order. When I went to pick it up I was given my food immediately, without wait. Very nice...at first. I left and got in my car. I had a drive ahead of me so I was getting the food out so I could start munching on it before I got on the interstate. When I pulled the box out half of them were correct and the other half had no sauce on it at all. I went back inside the store and then waited about 10 minutes before I finally started to slowly walk into the kitchen and ask if there was anybody around. Finally I was helped. Also during that 10 minutes that I was waiting there was a bartender that looked over at me multiple times while I stood at the counter looking like what I can only imagine was pretty eager and so l simultaneously hopeless lol. So no thanks to the other staff. Now, there wasn't much other staff, this was at about 11:30 on a Thursday. But come on! The restaurant wasn't busy, why not just meander over and see if I need help with anything? When I was finally helped the excuse that I was given was that they were out of the sauce..... So that means instead of getting a hold of me with the phone number or email that they had (because I had to enter it to do the pickup order) they chose to just NOT PUT ANY SAUCE ON IT AT ALL and not even tell the pickup counter staff that they would need to talk to me when I came to pick up my order!! They were perfectly fine with just letting me walk away with half of my wings being correct and the other half being completely plain. Now, I do appreciate that they decided to make the wings all over so that they were nice and fresh. But recently Buffalo Wild Wings as a whole has started charging for sides of ranch and other dressings where before they used to be free (at least when you order online). It would have been nice if they had offered me one or two for free given that I almost drove away with an incorrect order due to negligence of the staff. But no, I waited almost another 10 minutes for them to remake my food during which time the person that was helping me came back out to double check what the two flavors were even though it should have been printed on a sticker on the box of wrong wings that she took. And when she asked me the flavors one of them was wrong so I'm glad she checked. And by the way, I worked for a sandwich shop for almost 12 years and did we always get the order right all the time? No. But we did a damn good job, I feel, because we would read the damn tickets and when we did mess up we made it right with the customer!! Smh 😤
