  I’ve worked as a hospitality worker for over a decade in every position possible. The chicken was dry despite being sauced up. The service was understandably slow because they had one server working the entire floor. However with two tables and the most bored looking manager(? Or random employee at a table ignoring everything) the poor guy serving is clearly trying his best. Didn’t put in happy hour prices.

  I go to Buffallo wild wings all the time and this is by far the worst service that I have ever received, especially by your bartender/server named Courtney "Pickles". She was very rude and inconsiderate to me and my party. Rarely checked on us. I will not be back to this location. Also who lets there employees wear a name tag like that. Its not a strip club.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered food. Got home and was missing food and called. They said someone called with my name and phone number and complained and they rectified it for them, so there was nothing they could do for my order. While I waited on hold for twenty minutes, and could easily prove with my call history that I had not called and complained at all because we had just gotten home and opened our bag of food! So infuriating they weren’t willing to fix the situation at all.

  I have been working DoorDash recently and have had to go to this location a few times with a poor experience each time. For those that don’t know when someone places an order and the driver (myself) arrives at the location there is a time that is given for when the order will be ready (albeit tentatively, in most cases). My first experience the client ordered cauliflower wings. I was told they were being prepared and waited. After 15 mins I was then told they don’t have them and they asked if the customer wanted anything else. Customer was vegan and declined. 30 minutes wasted. Today I went into an empty establishment and waited well beyond the time I was expecting an order only to be overlooked and ignored by staff directly in my face. After asking for help numerous times I was told “The kitchen cooks the food. I don’t control that.” I asked for them to check on the status. I was rudely ignored again. I asked for the manager and she followed suit with her lack of professionalism and managerial tact. Not to be overlooked was the amount of staff on their cell phones in the kitchen as I watch them waiting for the food to be prepared. No one cares, why should I?
