  When at 8:30 at night. Asked to get a booth, but only wanted to see me at the bar area on the high tops. They shut down the dining room at 8 o’clock. Not sure why they would shut down the dining room that early. Not everyone wants to sit at a bar at a high top. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I’ll never know if the food or service is good here, as I left and went down to the street to Texas roadhouse for a good meal in a booth.

  Went on a little night out with my significant other on Saturday. It was well needed. We get there and yes I expected it to be busy so I knew we weren’t going to get the spot we wanted. So the host took us to a table. We were not comfortable there so we decided to move to table close by. So we ordered our appetizer and it took over 25 mins. The onion rings was under cooked and the hot wings was so cold and tasted old. I’m like I know NOT this terrible food because we moved seats. Our waitress was really sweet and we tipped her of course. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. The way that they are so petty is ridiculous.

  During the day they are fast, night shift is not. Been waiting over 20 min past when the order was suppose to be ready. Still waiting as I'm writing this. It's not even busy

  I placed an order to go on the BWW app. When I picked up my order I received the incorrect order. I called back to advise I received the incorrect order. They remade my order. When I picked up my order of 15 bone-in wings I was seriously disappointed. I’ve never had more overcooked wings anywhere. Needless to say, I will never be eating at any BWW again.

  This was the worst experience I have ever had at BWW. They sat both my wife and I and the waitress walked by at least three times and looked at us but did not say a word because she was so busy, but not busy enough to have a conversation with hostess for minutes at a time. After 25 minutes of sitting there we decided to leave, the worst part is this is the second time this has happened. We will not be eating there ever again, I truly believe BWW has gone down hill in the last few years and that sucks we really liked that place years ago.
