    Came up from Wichita and was really excited to try something new so we thought we would give "Bravo!" a shot. Arrived this evening (Saturday) at 6:30 pm and when we walked in, was greeted by the front desk hostest who immediately asked if we had a reservation to which we replied "no, we did not". She responded: "well, we only have like 4-5 waiters working so let me find out what we can do" then quickly disappeared to the back kitchen area. My wife and I, (very confused with her statement) looked at each other and chuckled as we gazed over the dining area which was at most... 30% capacity (11 tables occupied to be exact). We patiently waited, waited and waited some more but she never returned... so we left. "Bravo!"... more like "Cattivo!" (or) "Incapace!" 💥#mind blown💥#do better💥#be better💥

    Got our meal via Uber Eats. Cannot rate service or atmosphere. Food not good. I think they’re trying to play fancier than they are. Will not order again.

    Had a reservation for seven people for lunch. Got there three minutes early and table was not ready. No problem I’m patient. Server was really trying hard but I think staffing was light all the way around. Lags in getting water,table bread , and entrees. I ordered the shaved chicken chopped salad. There was no chicken only heavily dressed iceberg with onion and black olive . Big Yuk! Biggest distraction was fruit flies were so bad you had to bat them off your food ! Manager came to apologize for the bugs on the walls and fruit flies saying there was nothing he could do. We had not asked to speak with the manager but did express our annoyance to our waiter. A good scrub down especially of the bar area followed by bug exterminator would do wonders. This could be such a fabulous place. Beautiful building. Just needs cook. Staffing and bug issue fixed.

    Food was good but service a bit slow. They don’t come to refill water, you have to ask. After appetizer, no one comes for main course until you call them. Staff looks short, everyone busy. Not a bad place, just need a little more attention to guests.

    While the dinner service was good on a Saturday night the food was not up to expectations for the price. The drinks were great. We had limoncello lemonade, mango tea, and peach tea. The server was fantastic we came in for my daughter's 18th birthday and he did a great job. The rest of the experience was very disappointing for the prices they have. The tablecloth had stains and hair on it. The appetizer plates that were stacked on the table had a dead insect on the top plate. The staff did remove that plate before anyone at the table could mention it. I had the veal parmesan. The veal was burnt and way over cooked. It was evident that the kitchen staff recognized this and attempted to cover the mistake with strategically placed cheese and sauce. The noodles that were serve with the veal were cooked properly but had been prepared with entirely too much oil. We also had the lobster and shrimp fettuccine as well as spaghetti and a pizza. The pizza looked very good. The fettuccine dish was mediocre. After the tip our bill was $230 for a table of five. For a third of the price you can go to Olive Garden and have better food. This restaurant has made the list of will not return. You are definitely paying for the location and not the quality of the food when dining here.
