  Went through the drive thru at 8:10pm on Dec.9th 2025. The guy with the poorly dyed hair and nose ring was at the window. After placing my order, I told him I had 2 coupons before giving him my payment. He paused and let out grunt and said “You know you’re supposed to tell us if you have coupons up there. We have a huge sign for it.” There was no sign because I do look for those posters at the front of the drive thru. My boyfriend said he also didn’t see any sign and he also looked. The guy was seething with attitude. I informed him I didn’t see any sign and if there was it wasn’t lit up like the drive thru menu was. The dude let out another grunt after spiting out, “okay.” And then disappeared into the kitchen. You think for someone who works in a fast food restaurant that is known to make many human errors in a day, would know that maybe some people can’t see the sign at night and make that error of brining up coupons at the window. I don’t care if he had a bad day, if he can’t fix his attitude at the window; he needs to work a warehouse job, so he doesn’t have to worry about customer interaction. Food was decent though.

  Worst beef n cheddar sandwich I've ever had from an Arby's. Sloppily made, meat was all on 1 side of bun, very little cheese or sauce. Every. Single. Time. They ask if I want any sauce (also got steak bites and mozz sticks), tell them no sauce and don't want the marinara. Marinara in bag EVERY time and there was a BBQ sauce also in bag for steak bites. Why ask??
