- JHJosh HewardMar 28, 20265.0Birthday's call for special treats and Dunkin is always on point. Everytime we celebrate a birthday in our family it starts with Dunkin. The spider, heart, Easter, and other themed doughnuts our the kid's favorites! Today is my oldest daughter's 11th Birthday and the assorted will be a hit! Her favorite is the stawberry with sprinkles if the themed ones aren't available. Thanks for bringing a smile to their face on their birthday!

We got here at 6:50 and the door was already locked even though it says it's open till 7pm. The guy that came to the door said they had to be closed and out of the store by 7pm. If that is the case they need to change the time it says they close! I hope dunkin corporate sees this. It happened on March 21. If nothing happens with this i will not be back to dunkin ever!

- JHJeff HoffmannFeb 15, 20261.0This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. We got our donuts and never got our Coffees. Had to go up to counter and ask. They had no clue what we ordered. Gave them receipt and the worker went and made it of course wrong. No sorry just says "I wasn't making Coffees it's not my fault". This was the worst customer service ever. I will also say the tables and eating area needs cleaned. I was able to see there were only two clean tables. This again was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. Only positive thing was the donuts. I would suggest you focus on providing a GREAT experience for your customers. I guess you would need to care about your customers though.
