- MSMathew Stein4 days ago1.0Shocker. Shaniqua gave me, a white person, the same amount of meat when I asked for double as she gave the black guy behind me who asked for normal. And of course with a horrible attitude. Tired of this from chipotle. I knew the second she walked up I was about to get stiffed. Luckily other dude on the line saw it and put more chicken in. They know what they are doing bro and Im sick of pretending like it isnt happening.

- BKBill KrierMar 28, 20261.0This Chipotle in West Des Moines, IA is a total disaster. Do not order takeout; it won't be ready for a looong time after you get there. If you go in person, expect a long line; by the time you order your food they'll be out of the ingredients you want in your order. We ordered takeout and I arrived at the time the app said our food would be ready; then I sat in the restaurant for 1.5 hours and left without food!!! Over that stretch they ran out of main ingredients, such as chicken and rice, for 30-minute stretches. The kitchen was a mess and under-staffed. The employees that were there appeared clueless about what to do. It's hard to adequately describe how bad it was.
