  "I’ve tried a lot of the food here and it is always good and consistent. My go-to order is the Spicy Deluxe sandwich—the quality is always there. You also can’t go wrong with their signature sauce and the frosted lemonade, which is the perfect treat. Like most locations, this place gets really busy, but the line moves incredibly fast as usual for them. The staff is always efficient and friendly even when the drive-thru is packed. If you want a quick meal that you know will be high quality, this is definitely the spot."

  Ordered a 4 pc tender meal, bag got handed to car in front of us, which they returned after they realized as they left and were stuck pulling out of the drive thru from traffic. The drive thru attendant told us to pull up and they were waiting on tenders, not looking at the returned bag’s receipt . We pulled up as directed and waited 15 minutes while 30 cars went by. I finally got out and asked the driver thru attendant where our food was and he didn’t even know what I was talking about when he was the one who directed us, THEN he tried to hand us the same bag that was returned to them from the other car which is a food and health violation and told me it was new when it had a time stamped receipt from 20 minutes ago.. Only when I pointed it out did they ask if we wanted new food?? At this point I just decided I wanted a refund, which they walked back to get a manager, and they came back and told me new food was almost ready, which I then had to express I just wanted a refund, the manager finally came over and asked if Everything was okay, I just said I wanted a refund and finally got it. Terrible service from a place that prides itself upon it. Never had an experience where no one cared at a Chick-fil-A. Honestly caused my one attendant who while busy, totally forgot to address anything with a simple order of tenders and a large fry. Better training is needed, as this wasn’t even a complicated situation and ended up being an awful experience.

  Oscar was a gentleman. He made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He really believes in Chick-fil-A and loves his work. He was kind and courteous and I'm very fortunate to have been served by him. This store is clean and attractive. They have really improved the traffic out front and I will always enjoy sitting outside on beautiful Iowa mornings enjoying chicken, eggs, and greek yogurt. THANKS!!!
