  I’ve ate at this restaurant over 5 times and every time my order has been messed up, there service is terrible they always seem in a bad mood and everytime I order cheesy fries or cheesy bacon fries I only get fries and 2 drops of cheese with like 4 bacon bits in it. The have messed up my cheesesteak order multiple times and there customer service line is quite disrespectful and un-helpful saying “we can’t do nothing about that” when that quite litterly their job. I wasn’t even offered a refund on my cheesesteak that had 0 of the topping I asked for or any toppings in general like nobody is seriously ordering a bread with cheesesteak.

  food is always fresh and smells amazing!! the line is always a decent length, the atmosphere is always nice the workers are kind and always speedy! definitely recommend the chicken california!
