    We had a very disappointing experience at Bravo ! Italian kitchen on April 10th during dine-in. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and during that time our kids were extremely hungry and upset, even crying while we waited. When we politely asked the staff about the delay, they responded with rude behavior, gave disrespectful looks, and answered arrogantly instead of showing any concern. What made the situation even worse is that we ended up leaving without eating any food, yet we were still charged.There was absolutely no apology, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable. Poor service and lack of basic customer respect made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service and customer handling.

    I was going to give Bravo a try. I went in around 6:30. There was no one at the front door to offer a table. I went to the bar and sat to wait for a bartender to show up and never did. It felt like quite a while, so a started a timer and decided to walk out after another 10 minutes. I don't normally write reviews but the bartender at P.F. Changs next door had great cocktail and dinner recommendations.

    We went to Bravo to have Easter lunch with our Mother, When we got to the restaurant we were seated right away which was great, But after being seated the time was 11:45am come to find out they were only serving brunch and you could only order brunch which the choices were very limited. So we went a head and ordered after waiting an hour we still didn’t have our food and kept being told that it was the first time the cooks have made brunch. So by 12:45 we asked our server how much longer it was going to be and she didn’t really have an answer so we decided to leave and have Easter lunch at another establishment. Very disappointed

    We had a reservation for a large group for Easter brunch. We were the third group to be seated. It took us an hour and 30 minutes to get our food, which was ice cold. The bread was not even toasted, the potatoes were green and the portion sizes were absolutely tiny. To make matters worse it was a limited menu of breakfast only items. So it’s not that the kitchen was overwhelmed with a variety of orders. I don’t know what happened today, but our group left the restaurant and half of us didn’t even get to eat because the meal was so bad

    We had an amazing experience at Bravo Italian Kitchen, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Hope! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in at all the right times without ever being overbearing and had great recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious—we ordered the Chicken Marsala and the Lobster Shrimp Fettuccine, and both dishes were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Everything came out hot and fresh, and Hope made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Her positive attitude and excellent service really made our meal stand out. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Hope again. Highly recommend!
