I ordered my kids happy meals, and 2 adult meals, they wanted me to pull forward, I said I wasnt doing that there was nobody behind me, I will wait here. A car pulled up behind me another person came to the window and told me to move forward, there was a customer behind me, I said that wasnt my issue, they can wait their turn as I am. He was very rude, I told him this was ridiculous and did move forward. He came up to my car very rude asking for my card to refund my money, I said I would not let him take my card, he said ok and walked off. My kids food was cold, their nuggets weren't even heated through. Very disgusted with their service, and quality of food. I worked fast food before....all about keeping the drive thru time down. Cooperate needs to see the whole truth behind these closed doors

I definitely do not recommend this specific store if you want good food and a friendly environment AVE O in Fort Dodge is a great alternative if you still want McDonalds but that manager needs fired

Thinking they were making fresh food, that’s why we waited over 10 min, but no. The fries were cold and old. They were hard to bite into and they tasted horrible.
