Ordered the food, mind u it was a happy meal and then a snack ranch, small fry and a pie. That’s it!!! They literally just gave me the small fry. Didn’t catch it till I got home and I love 30 mins away, so I call the store!!! Explained what happened the night manager or whoever she was that answered the phone, kept interrupting me and stuff and then tried saying I was being rude. I’m sorry but you tell me to come back and I tried to explain I live far away. It’s the fact that you weren’t busy and you still can’t do your job right!!! Then she goes and hangs up on me!! Definitely will be calling whoever is in charge. This has happened more than once at this store. I don’t understand how the night shift always messes up orders or you don’t even get your full order!!

Is it really that hard to provide ketchup?

It feels more like a Middle school recess because of the young employees running from each other and/or messing with customers. Hopefully they would fix those things and train these young employees how to be in a job.
