  I had ordered some food for me and my boyfriend and had done it to the wrong st. Obviously being upset , he tried the house it. Could've been at as it was across the st. It wasn't there but later. Calling Jimmy John's , I was upset and trying to figure out where it went. And it was delivered to the wrong house. I apologized for being upset to the lady I was calling. I told her I wanted to figure out where it was and I had sent it to the wrong address. She said they could remake it for free and resend. As long as we could be at the door to confirm the address once it got there. I'm so happy this food place remade our ordered. I felt bad for being upset and just wanted to know where it was. They even sent a cookie in the order even though I swear I didn't order one. I'm so happy and thankful that Jimmy John's did this. I thank the person that was there this night.

  Family eats here all the time. We have our favorites and can order ahead through an app (when it's working) , through drive-thru, or in person.
