  On Friday, February 20th at approximately 3:00 PM, I called your store to place a delivery order scheduled for 4:30 PM. The order was specifically requested for 4:30 because I was on my lunch break and needed it delivered at that time. When 4:30 PM arrived, my order had not been delivered. I called the store and was informed that they were too busy. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I was already speaking with him. I asked why I was not informed at 3:00 PM that my order might not be delivered at the requested time. He stated that they were not busy at 3:00 PM. While I understand that businesses can become unexpectedly busy, that does not excuse the lack of communication or failure to meet the promised delivery time. Had I been informed that delivery at 4:30 could not be guaranteed, I would have made other arrangements. Instead, I was left without my order during my limited lunch break. When I asked whether there would be any compensation for the inconvenience, I was told no, but that I could call back if the pizza did not “turn out good,” which was unrelated to the issue at hand. I then asked to speak to a general manager, at which point the manager hung up on me. This experience demonstrated extremely poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation. I have been a customer in the past, but due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again. I hope this matter is addressed so that other customers are not treated the same way.

  Took quite a while for my pick up at the pick up window, waited 15 minutes without anyone talking to me at all. Pizza was good as always.

  Just moved to Waverly a month ago and we decided to order a pan of Pasta and a pasta bowl from this store (08/02/19). Ordered online .. arrived on time .. we went to eat our pasta and the store neglected to put the premium chicken in both of the pastas ordered. I called the store and they asked me to hold for a supervisor .. the she got on the line and then proceeded to argue that the orders did not have chicken selected to be one of the ingredients included. One would think that being a smaller town store the service would be better but I would prefer to order from my old Ansbourgh Ave, Waterloo store!! I took pictures of my online order and the actual order of food we received .. Guess there are a few other restaurants in town that want our business!
