  My boyfriend and I both LOVED our burgers, he got the Cajun burger, and I, the Bourbon! The shakes were good but they are very very sweet so keep that in mind. Everyone’s complaint about wait time needs to remember this a a new restaurant and everyone is learning. Have some patience while they learn the ropes, it’s worth it!

  40min wait for something I wouldn't feed to a starving dog. Poor service doesn't begin to describe the horrible experience.

  received an incorrect order and they apparently are entirely unfamiliar with the concept of salt.

  Took 30 minutes to get my food. Food was average, Steak and Shake definitely has a way better burger. The $10 shake was runny and halfway melted I wouldn’t recommend

  I was excited to try Way Back Burgers on opening day, but it was a letdown. The food was okay, but my burger took 15-20 minutes to come out during my lunch break. Giving my name at the register didn’t help—the cashier ended up asking every table who ordered what. Overall, pretty disappointing.
